This is your time to share your story in a 100% judgement free zone. At our first session I spend some time getting to know more about you, your goals for working together, your lifestyle, and the support you’d like from me. We also review your health history, eating patterns, food & cooking preferences.

From there, we come up with a plan together that is doable to get you started on your journey to meet your health goals.

This plan evolves and changes as we move through our follow-up sessions together, growing or scaling back to match what’s going on in your life at the moment.

Put it into Practice.

Hands on practice is essential for maintaining a new skill or habit long-term.

From the comfort of your own kitchen we connect virtually to prepare a recipe with specific ingredients that support your health goal, or practice a culinary technique like knife skills to reduce time spent preparing food.

Other hands-on practice might include supermarket tours, meal planning, revamping go-to recipes, and selecting the best options from your favorite restaurants.
